Evans Lodge
Evans lodge is a retreat type facility complete with central air. It has several sleeping and restroom accommodations for up to 68 people. A large commercial kitchen and dining/meeting areas which can easily accommodate 68 persons. Rental of Evans Lodge includes usage of all outside facilities.
Fees
First Night Overnight fees are $825/group or $35/person- whichever is less.
Other Night(s) Overnight fees are $550/group or $25/person- whichever is less.
Day Use Only fees (up to eight hours) are $250 or $10 per person- whichever is less.
A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to secure calendar dates. All deposits are included toward final costs.
Camp Availability
Evans Lodge

Wesley Lodge
Wesley Lodge is a more rustic facility. It has recently been equipped with central air. It has four sleeping areas that can accommodate up to 10 people each, two bathroom/shower areas, a meeting area with a fireplace insert, and a meeting area downstairs, open to the outside, with a fireplace. There are no kitchen facilities. Rental of Wesley Lodge is available only if Evans Lodge is already reserved or filled up.
Fees
Overnight fees are $425/group or $20/person- whichever is less.
Day Use Only fees (up to eight hours) are $200/group or $10 per person- whichever is less.
A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to secure calendar dates. All deposits are included toward final costs.
Outside Areas
A chapel in the woods overlooks the lake. There are picnic shelter areas, fire rings and a BBQ grill. Recreational opportunities include: volleyball, a tennis court, basketball, badminton, an athletic field, and numerous hiking paths. The lake area includes swimming and paddleboats (June/July/August). A certified lifeguard must be provided by renter for swimming.
Fees
Day use only fees for outside facilities (no building usage except restrooms) is $200 for the day.
A nonrefundable deposit of $50 will be required to secure calendar dates. All deposits are included toward final costs.
A non-refundable deposit must be made to hold the calendar dates. Dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis and are only guaranteed once the rental contract and deposit is received. Rental rates cover the use of property as stated on the rental contract.
No linens are provided by the camp.
